Jimmy Johns - Buffalo Grove

I recently visited Jimmy John's for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the owner was fantastic. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The manager was also very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a mix-up with my order where something I requested was missing. However, the staff member I spoke to was very accommodating and refunded the entire meal for me. Excellent service!

I love Jimmy John's weight! I am gluten-free, so it is nice that they offer a breadless option. I'm going to a badge with roast beef, tomatoes and bacon. Great healthy, fast option!

The Hunter Club sandwich, in particular, has been a favorite of mine—always delicious and dependable in terms of taste and quality. The meat has a delightful French flavor, the seasonings are just right without being overpowering, and the vegetables are always fresh. I've visited their locations in Arlington Heights, Fox River Grove, and Crystal Lake. On one occasion, when I bought lunch for a homeless person in our area, the Arlington Heights location graciously gave me two free cookies for him—a truly kind gesture. The app also has great perks; after a certain number of orders, you earn freebies. Plus, it's user-friendly!
