Jersey Mike's Subs - Buffalo Grove

This sandwich shop is the worst I've ever encountered. Even my grandmother, who has a prosthetic arm and eye, deserves better service and better sandwiches. I suggest closing down this location.

I had a very negative experience at Jersey Mike's. They forgot one of the toppings for our sandwich, which can happen, but nearly every sandwich was missing some of its toppings. We also ordered a bowl for one of the sandwiches, but it arrived with just the meat and a small amount of sauce.

When I went to this restaurant, I found the service to be poor. The two young boys working behind the counter were more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. They even made negative comments about my order as if I weren't standing right in front of them. It was clear that they were too immature to be working on their own without proper management oversight.

This is the worst jersey mikes location i’ve ever been to. i got a chipotle chicken wrap and the wrap was so messy i could barely pick it up to eat. the floors and tables were filthy. employees arent friendly. i love jersey mikes, but this one is a let down.

No sign for mask the Workers didn't have on mask nor did he wash his hands but told me he couldn't take my order because I had no mask. straight contradicting in my eyes or he just didn't want to work but it's ok I won't spend my money or my time there again.
