Tim Hortons - Buffalo

Watched the person making the sandwiches, use her smartphone, put it down and then make my bagel belt. When they finally gave it to me, I pointed out that out to them and asked for a refund. They were completely perplexed that I thought you shouldn't touch smartphones then make sandwiches, without washing your hands or changing the gloves being worn. In addition, the service was extremely poor. Standards really are dropping fast in Canada.

I went through the drive thru and the employee was talking as if someone is forcing her to work and in a very sleepy way which was so unprofessional Service: 1

Good food at times. Too many items to be good anymore. Longer waits because of it. Parking: Sometime have to park a little further but not a bad walk.
