Nice and quaint sushi spot in Burlington. I didn't get to try their omakase set menu but had the delight of ordering everything A La Carte at the sushi bar. The Sushi Chef was very sweet and from Osaka and made great conversation. Great for a date spot, quick sushi, or small friends/family gathering. The fish quality was great if you're looking for some premium quality pieces. The uni was shipped in that morning so it was perfectly fresh and sweet, I had to order another round : I had the Akitora Sparkling Sake Junmai. It was my first time having a sparkling sake and I would highly recommend it! Very refreshing, flavours were light and sweet, and it paired well with all the sushi I ordered. Honestly, I accidentally went to the Burlington location instead of Oakville haha but it was still a very enjoyable experience. Visited the restaurant Feb 1, 2024 7pm.

I’ve been searching for an excellent sushi place for years here in Burlington. I’m so thankful I found this place!!!!! Not only is it the best in Burlington, it is definitely one of the best in Ontario. If you’re looking for quality, and price is not an issue, this is the place to go. Their prices are not ridiculous to begin with, considering the quality of food you will get. Definitely a place for the more discerning and discriminating sushi lover.
