Unfortunately not at all clean. Went to charge our car, the charging station is behind the gas station. 2 of 4 loading spaces were blocked by combustion engines. People also relieve themselves of their excreta right behind the gas station with Sanifair toilet...

After I used the toilet and wanted to redeem the coupon, I was still charged the full amount because the coupon wasn't from here... The red-haired cashier was pretty snotty and seemed overwhelmed.

Avoid this Shell gas station at the Büttelborn service area! An unbelievable mess, I just filled up and had to wait about 20 minutes for my turn at the register to pay. It was one lady who was responsible for almost everything, both collecting the fuel, serving the coffee at the Coffee Fellows stand and then she was also responsible for serving food at SerWays! The poor was hopelessly overwhelmed and customers have to wait forever to get their turn and pay.
