Stock weather-related the right choice. The peppy super-friendly young pesonal on you has everything under control. The table pieksauber and well maintained. The prices were dressed a little (where not? but the food was again tasty, well portioned and of good quality: the redfish with Remoulade and potato salad/salate supplement (21.90€ top fried and seasoned fresh and delicate; the supplements bought but still neat. The beach plate with smoked salmon, crabs, scrambled eggs and baguette on salad (23.90€ deliciously marinated with onions, fresh and tasty. Beverage prices: 0.3l Pils or dark of Flensburger 3,80, fresh, cool Grauburgunder 0,2l 7,90, water 0.2l 2,90 and regional hams 3,20€/2cl. Everything done right! About €20 compared to the last report, but that's reasonable! Only the inner-city building venture of some lonely investors makes Büsum a universal spa kaff and lets individuality and flair disappear from the old fishermen and port city. Fast food shops and commercials at and in every corner should be contemporary but not here! Büsum remains interesting to watch people, but is becoming increasingly unreleased. In the evening some more elaborate menus are offered; hosting in a small circle in the cozy restaurant always promises a pleasant stay, even if gourmet snacks are deliberately dispensed with here...

We have focused on the assessments and, despite the significantly higher prices for this place for competitors. On our food we have waited for 1.5 hours - well,can happen. What would be long...we thought....The food is far from quality and professional preparation. The plaice was watery, falsely prepared and the bacon cubes were still half raw. Even the alleged fresh salt potatoes we had to leave. At least 2 days old and overlaid - all not recommended in all. How these reviews come here,is a mystery to me.
We liked it very well. Atmosphere, operation and food were great. It's delicious. When we get back to Büsum, we'll check in again.
Very delicious food and very attentive service we are very happy to come back. There was something for the little one to paint.
