If the walls could only talk....There's plenty of window to look out wistfully...it's the kind of place Hemingway would have liked if he was trying to give up the firewater for coffee. Atmosphere-wise, at least. Here, though, everyone gets to be the racial minority, in that the bathrooms have access codes and they're printed on the receipts. They don't want non-customers using the bathrooms (same thing that got the location in Philadelphia in trouble recently and led to the training day) . I have mixed feelings about that. BA has the same bathroom problem as New York and a number of other cities, but the worse that gets the harder it gets for anyone to be an exception, as the overuse and degradation get to be too much. The problem is bigger than Starbucks and the private sector alone won't solve it. Nearest alternative I know of is the bathrooms near the middle of the nearby Mercado. This Starbucks can also get spikes in number of customers at certain times or for the feria, and the experience suffers under those conditions. Most of the time on weekdays it appears fine, though.
A typical starbucks, but in an unbeatable corner, in front of the square of the San Telmo fair. the place is wide and sunny
Starbucks is always like being anywhere. a no place, but it's very good, in the heart of St.Team, you better not go on Sundays.
Definitely the best for a rainy day, a starbucks coffee with a cheese stick or a muffin with chocolate drops.
Classic chain located in the heart of san telmo. to recover energies and continue to travel the neighborhood
