Bem localizado no coração do Palermo, encontramos o Caruso por acaso. Entramos atraídos pelo valor do chorizo com batatas a la Caruso (325 pesos facilmente dividido para duas pessoas!). Carta de vinhos excelente, apresentando vinhos muito bons com valor semelhante ao vendido nos mercados (vale muito a pena pedir uma garrafa!). Atendimento de qualidade (eu e minha namorada ganhamos até duas taças de espumante como cortesia no final). Apesar de ser um restaurante italiano, provamos um dos melhores chorizos de Buenos Aires no Caruso.
