El Estrebe - Buenos Aires

Estrebe was a highlight of our visit to Buenos Aires. A real Argentine parilla, Leonardo her owner immediately made us feel like family. We ordered Leonardo for us and we had a delicious Sirloin Steak and a beautiful Malbec. A really amazing experience and cant thank Leonardo enough

I asked the concierge in my hotel to recommend a very good Argentinean restaurant in the Recoleta area without missing a beat he recommended this hotel. As soon as I got in, I was new to what I was looking for. I was addressed by a waitress named Alex, which saw an absolute blessing that I did not speak Spanish. She immediately took control explained everything in detail made the appropriate suggestions and she was on site. It was the best meat cut I had in years, tender and absolutely succulent. I always prefer something sweet after an excellent meal Alex came back to rescue what the homemade apple cakes again the best I ever had. Unbelievable. The food has been cooked in every way excellent vegetables for perfection, and the meat was delicate, tasty and perfectly prepared, with excellent chimichurri and other sauces. Staff are welcoming and attentive and the atmosphere is beautiful. I was alone to be so good looking is appreciated. Que maravilla esta cocina!

The Chorizo was an immediate exit! There was an almost too generous amount of complementary bread and other appetizers to start us. The Bife de chorizo and the Bife de lomo were the outstanding meat cuts. Make sure the portions are quite large, especially the frits! It was almost too much meat to eat in the full portion, so half the part will be much for most people.
