An experience that even if it is once in life you have to do, from the time you arrive until you leave it seems that you run a movie. Even if you arrive Gonzalo awaits you at the door and greets you with an incredible humility , presenting yourself as if you did not know it ! Then when you sit you have all the curds around serving you the dishes , explaining to you that it is , with that wine gets browned and even as it eats . I love all the steps that are like 20 , the one that I like the most! Navajas with melon and yogurt , oysters , octopus all of first quality and exquisite . Also there are some kale leaves that are mixed in some branches that you don't know what to eat and that you don't . Everything of very good taste ! they deserve the two stars and more also . See if I can come back ! I charmooo!!!!

Excellent experience at a Michelin restaurant. Delicious the 20 steps. Cosy place and they'll be delightful for traceability of their food. I liked freshness and flavor explosions in each of its steps.
