We went two couples, and we had the complete step menu. the very cheap preisen offered wines come from boutique manufacturers. we had very good fennel soup. for the next step, we had a cannula salad, melon soup and a pate. a dish with hot braut and, a delicious steak (argentine meat) and a specially prepared bondiola dish. for the last step we had a pannacota with tomato sauce, pfirsiche in a very tasty sauce and a chocolate mousse. all were very delicious, very well prepared and we had a pleasant evening, not too expensive.
It is like an old food business, well decorated and illuminated. cool crooked, homemade eating with beautiful aromas and a personal touch. service well, although deorganized when full. weinlist short, but varied.
What a rewarding experience, a mime to the heart is this place. Please go. We went to dinner, ate the menu for steps of $15,000 per person that includes, entrance, main plsto and dessert to choice (within a variety of 3 for each one. ALL but absolutely ALL was exquisite, an elixir to the palate, to the basket of bread is homemade, done right there, a poem. The selection of wines is wide and specially selected. I leave photos of what we ate and take:
Aquilino is an experience. Minded by its owners, the letter changes every 45 days. They have wines of very young wineries and chosen one by one. It is a four-step menu with elections in each step. Gustos for all palates and a very intimate, secret environment among friends. The light of the candles and the fresh water jug always full make the night feel like home.
