On the road of Knotts Berry Farm, Black Angus is located on the beach boulevard between 91 Freeway and Orangethorpe Avenue. The interior is like a ranch house with wooden walls. Rancher and Rodeo photos decorate the walls. The stands have western flare with polished wooden tables and cozy stand seats. The service is friendly and attentive. Directly when you sit, they bring about their delicious warm, sweet molasses bread and whipped butter. All their entrees are joined together with all their 16 Craveable Sidekicks. Choose from Garden Salad, Caesar Salad, Wedge Salad with Bleu Caese Dressing, Coleslaw, Garlic Potatoes, Western Wild Rice, French Fries, Wild West Onion Rings, Classic Baked Potato, Loaded Baked Potato, Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Steak Soup, Sweet Potato Fries with maple diving sauce, Green Beans The Caesar Salad is beautifully lined with Caesar Dressing and Caesar Crossing and lined with Parmesan Shaving. I visited this restaurant this afternoon. There were hardly any cars there, so you would normally think that he or she could sit immediately. But the hostess put our name on a list and told us it was 10 15 minutes. When she asked why, she said they had only 2 servers.
