7-eleven - Buena Park

They are exceptionally clean, as far as this store continues to appear completely new inside. The shelves are always well equipped. Your offers will always be clearly updated immediately. The employees are all excellent and well trained. They all always know all the procedures in each of the services 7/11 offers as well as go over and over their job description With a real smile on their faces. Staff are always friendly and helpful and patient! Whomever makes the setting and training for this store should be the customer service/service industry standard and example nationwide. If I had a complaint, it would be the parking lot and that's not the 7/11 error, it's the architect's fault.

Steve and the rest of the team are some of the friendliest people we've encountered. They greet us almost every day as my sons play football and we stop by to fill up their containers with Gatorade from Monday to Saturday. However, there's a woman who works the early morning shift at 4 o'clock who is quite rude. It’s unfortunate because it leaves a bad impression. Overall, it’s the best spot from 4 to 11 in Orange County!

The restaurant has a great and clean atmosphere. Most of the staff are friendly and eager to help, though there are a few who don't seem willing to engage or assist. Thank you.

Recently, I encountered an issue with an employee, and after discussing my concerns, I spoke with a man named Sam. He reassured me that the situation would not happen again. During our conversation, the employee in question arrived at the store, and Sam addressed him about the incident. The employee acknowledged our earlier confrontation, and Sam emphasized that he should never engage in arguments with customers, especially since I've been a regular for three years. The employee apologized, and what began as a problem turned into a positive resolution. I would like to commend Sam for his professionalism, and I want to express that I will continue to be a loyal customer. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days. Thank you, Sam, for your attention to this matter. I am a very satisfied customer.
