The Post Office Bar & Restaurant

What a dive! The whole experience was disgusting, its filthy dirty everywhere, watched staff pick up glasses off tables and upturn them tipping remnants of drink/ice/ lemon in the floor. They don’t wipe anything tables inside out really dirty. Staff to busy talking to each other to serve customers. The bathrooms are next level disgusting, firstly the taps don’t work properly spray water all over customers soaking them and the floor is covered in water which causes it to be very dangerous to walk on. And the staff don’t do anything to clean it up. The menu is limited and just frozen deep fried tasteless. Apparently it a night club late at night, which is no excuse for it to be so dirty. Will never ever go back!

The new Boujee Mama decor was fun. The happy hour was great value although the wine list was very short. What was available was very good. We were surprised how good the food was! The only negative was the bathrooms which is in need of doors that close and refurb.

Average food, no service really. Did enjoy it so might give it another shot. Setting is like going on a picnic.

We decided to give the Post Office a Go. We had the Sharing Vegetarian platter and a salt and pepper squid. The food was fresh and hot and tasted good as well. The staff were great and the service was good as well.

We eat out A LOT and I can honestly say this was a great meal. It was late on a Saturday afternoon so in all fairness we were one of only a couple of tables still eating. The food was fast, hot and delicious. Not sure how they cope under pressure, but I can recommend going when it’s quiet.
