Rozzi’s Italian Canteen - Buderim

The burgers were tasty, but could use more sauce. The concept of the restaurant was unique and intriguing.

From the gold coast and currently work at a cafe, I can vouch that the service and food here was so poor. The eggs were cold, and a simple request of a breakfast order change was way too hard for the lady at the counter to go ask the chef. I know myself how hard hospitality can be, but with no one else in the whole restaurant we didn't even get a slight greeting or welcome. The worst part was the service, the two ladies at the counter had no intent to help customers or willing to provide a good service. Could have been a great experience if staff and chef were more willing to provide a great warm and friendly environment instead of just trying to see the time go by.

We waited 1 hour and our 3 meals all came at separate times! The explanation was that they were understaffed. Pizza tasted good, there were a lot of uncleared tables, and no one seemed to be in charge. Overall disappointing.

My husband and I stopped here to refuel before shopping. I had a coffee and chocken and avacardo salad. The coffee was great!, the salad unfortunately was no where as good as it looked. My husband had pene bolognese this came out cold on the outside and warm in the middle...... im not even sure how that happens.... and the glass he was served to drink from was chipped. We will not be back for anything other than coffee.... it was a nice coffee

This place is good for the shopper to get a great meal at a reasonable price. Situated on the River Walk at Sunshine Plaza, it is a welcome break from the crowds. Our meals were very tasty. My partner could not finish her meal, there's plenty. My meal was delicious. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. We were seated on the boardwalk where you can see the water below through the floor boards.
