Buderim Tavern

Again- left annoyed with the service and food from one of my favourite restaurants. My group included overseas,local and out of town guests. We were first in,last served customers.. Tables near us like so- our food going to other tables ,guests not receiving what they ordered ,pensioner meals confused with like orders.. My husband ordered 2 $35 dollar steaks - mine was fine,his was very very average. I was soooo embarrassed! Very very expensive meal. This place is living on its former reputation. Sadly I can't recommend it.

Several times we have met here as a family, particularly when some of them are passing through the Sunshine Coast. The views are stunning of the coast below,

Wednesday night was incredibly crowded but the wait for food was not excessive. Food was good. Some of the staff seemed a little stressed.

Buderim Tavern tops the town for its fantastic steaks. Add an outstanding view over the Buderim escarpment down to the coast, a huge restaurant area, multiple bars and a separate family eating area with an enclosed kids play room and you have a multiple choice venue where everyone gets a great meal in their choice of area. A must for my family visits.
