Mazi Greek Kitchen

This restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip to Budapest! My friend I, literally googled were to eat in the local area and we picked this place on a whim and it was the best decision! We did not have a reservation but they managed to seat us anyway! The service, food and wine was top notch! We tried Hungarian wine for the first time here and it led to us having Hungarian wine every night for dinner when we were in the city! The show stopper was the Baklava! Literally could not believe my eyes when it was brought out and i have lived in Turkey! We wanted to come back before we left for a farewell meal but we ran out of time! We felt so comfortable here, all of our questions were answered to the best of their ability. The chef was great and so were the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend eating here while in Budapest or you will miss out! I can say out of all the places i have travelled, this was one of the best. Our experience here set the tone for the rest of our trip here in Budapest, i would love to come back one day! Just an amazing place!

The best Greek burger I ever tried! We were really pleased with the authentic, fresh and quality Greek ingredients. The owner is Greek and has a vast experience in fine food. A very friendly place and nice atmosphere. The lemon homemade ice cream is incredibly tasty and healthy! Made with only natural ingredients. We loved it! Thank you for a amazing food! We highly recommend this restaurant!

This place is just excellent. I'm an American of Greek descent. I'm a tough critic with Greek food. But this place stands out. Truly great food and service!
