Specialized in Neapolitan pizza, this site belongs to the same owners of the popular “Pizza Manufaktura”, near the square “Kálvin tér”. With a simple menu, a relaxed atmosphere and a wood oven covered with black and white mosaics typical of Naples, this small place is the most welcoming. Perhaps the biggest secret of Neapolitan pizza is the fact that the dough is left to rest for at least 40 hours before you can make the pizza, making it only necessary to bake them for a minute before serving. The menu has 8 different varieties of pizza, with the simplest ones costing 1500 florins (5 euros) and the most elaborate 2000 florins (a little less than 7 euros). Please note that the site only accepts cash payments.
The restaurant is very cute, it is so a little hard to find, but it is worth it. it has only a pizza, the marinara one, that is very good, with lots of garlic, olive oil and good basilikum. they can also ask to add other ingredients, I asked to add mushrooms and the pizza was a real joy.
I thought this place would have more possibilities.
The only vegan option available is the marinara pizza, which is delicious! However, this restaurant is not very vegan-friendly overall, but a good option for a quick bite to eat.
Pretty hard to find but totally worth it. The marinara pizza is fully vegan and one of the best vegan pizzas I’ve tasted.
