Legere Cafe Bar Bistro - București

Beautiful location, very close to the University plaza. Prices are rezonable. Service is terrible, 1 hour for piece of meat. It's not worth it. You need to improve service

We (2 persons) came to this pub one afternoon, it was half-full. The waiter came to us, tried to move us to another table (we stayed) and gave us the menu... and thats all. He never came back... at first we thought we order a drink, than later we thought we order drink and food... but in 15 minutes noone come to take an order... we even tried to wave discretely... nothing.. In this case I can't review food neither drinks... just services.... and these were poor. I have to admit services in Bucharest were not good at all.

Gorgeous flowering atmospheres as friends meet in a safe place, popular with locals. I never had fast service in 3 weeks in Romania, but I have now relaxed.

I don't recommend this place! It never happened to me in my life to wait half an hour for a pizza that was only heated on the other side of the frozen one! The services there leave much to be desired. People, action, it is not acceptable to be so embarrassing for a customer and order something and lose your appetite. It's a shame about the place and its arrangement... the waiters hardly walk past the table and hardly say hello and roll their eyes. I was left with bitter taste. I'm not asking for ALL! Time and money.

While there is no absolute word to describe the cuteness and warmness of the bistrot, surrounded by a good variety of burgers and american dishes (don't take the french fries, they taste like dull bamboo), which are pretty good with a reasonable price, everything is totally ruined by the personnel and the slowness of the service. We ordered a burger and some fried chicken, is it conceivable to wait 45 minutes? Also, the fact that the waitress refused to turn back a beer that we ordered for mistake, even if it was still sealed, bothered us a little bit, considering the fact that she posed the problem as if we were ingenuous ("I cannot retake it because you ordered it"... seriously?). Maybe if they will work on giving the personnel some educational advices, Légère will undoubtedly be the best café of Bucharest. That's why we give it 3 stars, even if 2 were well served and guaranteed, concerning our personal experience.
