Absolutely unacceptable! We walked in, and were told we could be seated at a nearby table as soon as it was wiped down. Then another employee came up and told us we couldn 't be seated there was a 25 minute wait to let tge kitchen catch up ! I realize they were busy, but you don 't extend hospitality to a customer and then renege on it. They should have seated us, and then all gotten on the same page to tell customers there was a wait.

Service was HORRIBLE. It took them like 20 minutes to notice we were there. We had to ask for water twice and the servers were always distracted/talking to each other in the back. The food also took more than one hour to arrive, ridiculous.

Food was great and there was good service until the time of payment. My group and I wanted to split our check, and she couldn’t figure out how to split it the way we wanted (it was fine and my group understood and figured out how to split it up). while paying, she bashed that we didn’t have venmo in a very snarky way, and called us old fashioned. she also made comments under her breath about how she was slammed and how we were taking up her time. i wish the service was better because the food was great. after one person payed with cash, she took the extra cash and didn’t return it. again, food was great, service wasn’t.

Food was excellent. Beautiful day for sitting outside. Terrance was phenomenal, kept checking in and even apologized for a longer wait than usual. But once the food arrived, it was worth the wait! ?Will be back for sure!
