Terrible service. We were regular customers but ordered two weeks ago and the amount came off my bank account x 3. Eventually got this back from the app. Submitted an online order last night for just under £100, when paying for it it kept asking me to pay again. Following the last time, we phoned to check the order had went through and were told yes they had it and it would be delivered soon. Fast forward two hours and another 3 phone calls where each time we were told they had our order, we still had no food. We phoned (again) they were very rude, told us they did not in fact have our order and would not explain why they had spent two hours telling us they did. Had they just said on the first phone call, we would have placed the order again and been happy customers. They have now lost the business of 3 local families.
