Buffalo Wild Wings - Buckhannon

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap was missing the ranch. They gave me one small cup of salsa for a lot chips. Was good nonetheless. All-American Cheeseburger was dry and has one piece of cheese for two burger.

No dressing for salad and it arrived warm and wilted, 17$ for 5 tiny chicken tenders that didnt get lemon pepper seasoning, The "double patty" cheeseburger was about the size of a double cheeseburger from McDonalds. Paid 2$ extra for one piece of bacon split in half too. The fries were in a big Mac sized box and werent "handcut". The cheesecake was definitely nothing to write home about either. Small piece for 7$! It was also soggy and gross tasting. Im honestly not a picky customer, but everytime (which has been twice now) we order from here nothing is right and its super expensive for a small amount of food. Second time was Shame on us, so wont be getting food from here again. I will say the chicken was good and moist despite the size and lack of seasoning, and so was the cheeseburger, hence the additional star.

We enjoy eating here but is the stingiest resturant for ranch. After the last 5 orders missing ranch this time I added ranch to everything we ordered plus 4 added . It literally says ranch on the recipt 7 times and what we got was 2 little things of ranch barely enough for two wings let alone the 30 we ordered.

Missing items. Burnt chili I paid extra for. Sauce cups that are 1$ a piece are smaller than the ranch cups.

The kids hambu was crispy. The rest was good.
