Ramiro's Mexican Food - Buckeye

I'm not sure who is calling this place good Mexican food, but whoever it is clearly doesn't understand what authentic Mexican cuisine really is. The location is pretty isolated, which makes me question their standards for good food. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—the woman taking our order was incredibly rude. Ironically, she was being rude while we saw her cleaning the bathroom toilet! It's surprising that someone in that situation would act that way. The overall state of the building is shabby, and it just feels unclean. Both the staff and the food left a lot to be desired!

Food was good, service was good, messed up partial order but fixed it as we dined in.

So this place is our go to. The man that works there is super nice but there's a girl at the window who hands you your food that has a very rude attitude literally for no reason. Every single time she works the window, it's the same. There's another girl that is really nice too. But i just don't understand why they would have someone like that working the window. It gives the place a bad image. Change the girl and i would give it all around 5 stars!

The quality and quantity at this location have declined. This may be due to an increase in customers at CaliTacos. I ordered a Super Box with chicken and requested extra chicken, but was told it would cost $3.89 on top of the $7.90 for the box, which is pretty disappointing. We also ordered a Super Nacho, which we've enjoyed for the past two years, but I've noticed that the chicken is now minced instead of being cubed like it used to be, resulting in less meat overall. I won't be coming back.
