Update to negative review: Today I received a call email from General Manager Mike, from this Native location. He was really concerned about our experience and asked me to call him to give him more information so that he can talk to the appropriate staff to avoid others with a similar experience. Long and short of it is that I felt he was sincere in his concern, and I appreciated the time he took from his day to discuss the problems that I experienced during our visit. Therefore, I will update my rating to 4 stars and probably take it to his offer to return to this place. I hope he will be in the time we come in, as the result was impressive for me alone, and I hope to thank him personally for having an interest in his customer's feedback. The worst restaurant service experience I had in 2019. Sara(h), our server, came to order our drinks and appetizers relatively quickly. She also brought out the appetizers pretty fast. When she did, she mentioned that she thought that the hostess brought out our drinks, apologised, and brought 3 of the 4 beverage orders, then finally brought the last drink. Sa for another 15 minutes or so, she came back after the appetizer and all drinks were gone and asked if we wanted to place our Entree orders. At that time, I had already asked another, more attentive server to bring our check. When I told her we were done for the bad service, she suddenly went away without saying a word. She brought the check and said no more word. I used to be at two Native locations. Both times was a very bad experience. That doesn't make this mistake for the third time.

The food is excellent, but it takes a while for her to serve it to you.
