Toan's - Bucharest

Toan 's has the best Vietnamese cuisine in Bucharest, no doubt. Try the most famous dishes first the beef soup Pho Bo, or the best in the world Sandwich Bank Mi. Note, most of the food is spicy, but nothing above the edge. Very recommended!

It's one of the best Vietnamese foods I've ever tried. I lived in China for 13 years and I had not expected to find a good Vietnamese restaurant in Romania, but this place is the best. I recommend beef pork noodles, I loved the Chefs spices choice. The soup is made from cooked beef bones and the cinnamon tastes super above. Very recommended!

Gorgeous food! everything felt fresh, the food was warm (even the takeaway pho after a half-hour trip home) and there was so much flavor in every dish the service was great and fast, and we also had our own table heater on the terrace. the only things i miss are the little details, like fresh coriander and beansprouts, but i guess it’s somewhat understandable since they may not be ingredients you find easily here overall a great experience, and the sesame balls a mandatory try!

Delicious pho bo and nem nems made my evening here. The service is fast and location is awesome. Straight 5*
