It was a limited menu with humus and an aubergine starter and then followed by mussel in...a great tomato and garlic sauce with prawns in a lemon sauce crispy fried squid whelks/ sea snails and prawns rapped in string potato. Bread and eat as much of it as you like. Really good sauces and overall a great night with some of the food really good and a couple of dishes ok. But well priced good fun and worth a taxi ride. One request. Please put more music on your loop as I think I heard the same time 3 times. Worth a visit
The food is excellent! We had a lovely evening! Everything was fantastic I'm looking forward to visit again!
The food was great, the staff is friendly and professional, we even got tasty starters from the house. Loved it!
A good find in Bucharest a really good restaurant with a great selection of seafood dishes. All food selected was well presented and cooked to perfection, backed up by a very good house wine. Recommended.
Driven passed this restaurant many times and always thought the wooden door and elegant logo looked inviting and so we decided to give it a try, we eat out in the area probably 2 3 times per week. We walked in and we 're shown upstairs to...a table looking out of the window... very nice to watch the world outside. First thing I did then was to fix the broken curtain rail hanging down second was to avoid the broken glass on the table when my wife alerted the waiter to the broken glass he look annoyed rather than concerned took the largest pieces (leaving small shards everywhere) and never cleaned up further. He then took our order 2 pasta dishes, wine, bread and sparkling water and we waited. The restaurant was not particularly busy, a few diners downstairs. About 10 mins later drinks arrived... then we waited and waited. 34 minutes later the food. Food was good, large portions, price was excellent, never saw the waiter again until my wife went and asked for the check. I don 't expect the world, I 'm used to the sometimes 'surly ' nature of some male staff in Bucharest restaurants but is a smile, a hello, a 'sorry about the wait ' , is everything ok etc too much to ask hell even a 'is this your first visit ' especially if you want to keep increasing your client base? So why will we probably not return?... because for a similar price, similar ambiance AND a little service we can visit two similar eateries within walking distance of this restaurant... simple as that.
