Mainly for foreigners. the Ukrainians go as usual to other fish restaurants. So if they don't have a local companion, they can choose this place. but if someone will be with you, you will rather go to Черноморка.

Delicious food and great service. I ordered the el dorado fish with garlic rice it was very delicious. I also had the pumpkin soup with garnel. Amazing eating. one of the best restaurants in kiew.
