La Cocina Del Negro Cossio

I went to that restaurant on the recommendation of some friends, and I honestly took a very good and pleasant surprise. very good variety of dishes and prices.

There are two restaurants of Cossio in Bucaramanga- and this Paella is not good. It literally looked like an Arroz Con Pollo, with a few pieces of seafood on the top and under only yellow colored rice. Not worth the price, or time. Take time to compare quality, quantity and taste. Too bad I didn't make a picture of the paella before it was returned. I don't recommend this place.

Food: Tried Paella, delicious and very good size enough for a couple to share if not hungry. Location: Old, but clean. There is no safe parking, so better to take a taxi. Service: Good attention, boss in the house. Also good choice for home or office delivery

Good choices with a small but well-kept place make a good sangria although they do not have selection of wines

The best paella in flavor, color and content. unbeatable cossio in that aspect! attended by its owner the renowned cheff cossio.
