Taco Bell - B-town

I am very ashamed that they would serve me a burnt quesidilla they were not busy there was no excuse for this and i am not usually the one to post reviews but this made me so angry so no dinner for me tonight

Crunchwrap supreme came with No tostada or nacho cheese, forgot my fiesta potato and instead I got a taco and my Mexican pizza was

I do doordash for a living. Taco Bell literally called the police on me for not wanting to refuse a customer. I had already waited for over a half an hour in line for four cars in front of me to go. The woman at the window was extremely rude and then called the police for no reason because I said I wanted to wait for the order I attempted to order it out of my own pocket she would not have it she would not give me the other order. It was so extremely important to get me out of the line so that they can wait on their other customers yet once I got out of line and the police were there every employee in the store came outside so how are they making any progress they weren't. They didn't want to do their jobs especially the lady at the window. I was in food service for over 20 years before this it takes 16 minutes 16, for a full fried chicken dinner, yeah they could not put some pre made beef into a tortilla after over half an hour this was ridiculous and lazy. Way to get that good customer service go you Taco Bell. So therefore, I told both of their customers what they did. I hope they lose business this was very bad business for them to be acting like this. Because I didn't want to get at the back of the line when I had already waited in the line. I said I wanted to wait I even ordered to pay for the food out of my own pocket and they refused. The whole thing over all was just laziness. If you're looking for good food good service don't go here. Have they given me zero as an option for the rating, I would have chosen that instead of the one.

Shoutout to Austin Y. What great customer service. Was very polite, even asked me how my day was going first thing when I got up to the ordering screen. He ended it by telling me to have a great night. Someone promote this man.

Slowest TB ever. Literally waited 12 minutes for my Door Dash order. So long it was trying to unassign the order. The young guy at the window was walking around in circles talking in the phone with 5 cars piled in the drive thru. The best part is my order was sitting on the counter the entire time I was at the window. He just decided his phone call was more important. Crazy people like this have a job. He should be replaced for sure.
