Employees had massive attitude, I think they needed a safe space. Wife's chicken was old tasting, she had to go through four different people just to get a replacement. Food meh ? garbageHere's the kicker$60 food$35 blizzardsAnd still like dealing with a bunch of entitled children:

Worst diary queen a customer fell they all laughed no one ask if she was ok and wen she ask if tjey going do something the worker yelled and said what do u think we doing so I haven't been there told all of my family and everyone e I talked to don't go and I tell them what happen they are not friendly there and it's not to clean for serving food

The service is extremely slow. The workers were friendly. But the food wasn't great. I'm sure its because its a new establishment. It will get better with time.

The Barberton location is always severely disappointing. Food is always cold and old looking and the staff is never pleasant. I’ve never seen a worker there with a smile ever. I got a chicken strip basket and everything was cold and tasted like it sat out for hours. The toast was dry and flavorless with no butter or anything. This is why I usually just make the drive to the Seville location. At least the workers there are nice and they actually put butter on the toast and make sure the food is fresh. I’ve never had an issue with the Seville location. But the Barberton one is awful.
