Every time i order its the same thing. More than an hour to get my order. If i choose delivery its an hour and a half to 2 hours before i see my food. If i go pick it up at the alloted time scheduled its a solid 30 min wait. This location is the only one i fight with time wise. Either its understaffed or just plain irresponsible

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is essentially non-existent. Order was placed at 6:04 to be ready at 6:30. I arrived shortly after 6:30 and waited behind 3 people in line. After giving the name on the order and paying, I was told it was not ready. At 6:45, I inquired that the order was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I was told that they were running behind. Ordered 8 Pc bone out wing with Buffalo sauce and received bone in dry wings. Not really a complaint just want to make sure they don’t mess anyone else’s order up

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The pizza arrived two hours after I ordered it, cold and dry. The driver knocked on the door and quickly left, so I never saw it. I regret giving a tip for such poor service. Additionally, the pizza was left on the ground outside my door without being sealed. This happened on March 13, 2022.
