Yes, the wait for food after placing an order is a bit longer, but that's to be expected when you want a freshly made burger—think of it as comparable to Five Guys, not a fast-food chain. The restaurant's bathrooms were clean, and the staff was attentive, polite, and enthusiastic. The décor, reminiscent of the 30s and 50s with white tiles, brought back memories of vintage White Castles from the Northeast while also incorporating a modern twist. The burgers are delicious, larger, and of higher quality than typical fast food options. The onion rings are excellent, too. The staff is very friendly, and the manager often checks in to ensure you're satisfied with your experience.
