Makisu - Brussels

You can create your own sushi and they have lots of unique ingredients to choose from! the guy friendly told me about the vegan options! the sushi was delicious :

This place might not be the most fancy one if you want to eat out, but they definitely have the best sushi I have ever tasted! The thing is, you can go totally crazy here... you can choose the style of your roll (maki, california... , protein (if you eat fish , a minimum of 3 veggies (from avocado to coriander to mango over to aspargus or yam tempura plus yur favorite topping (sesame, grilled almonds, fried onion... . It's taking sushi to a whole new level. The only negative point is that they serve foie gras...

The option to customize your sushi rolls or rice bowls is a unique highlight at this restaurant. I always anticipate returning to Brussels to enjoy Makisu's Donburi. Due to their popularity, you may have to wait a bit, whether dining in or getting takeout, but the ambiance is very enjoyable. Service: Takeout.
