Les 4 Jeudis - Brussels

I stumbled on 4 jeudis unexpectedly at midday. Unfortunately it was already full, but it was still possible to get out and I was stunned by the day course. so many arome and colors in a single court. I could not say exactly what I got (as the court of the day changes consistently), but I can say that it was delicious. I apologise to anyone who lacks herbal food after this taste! would definitely love to come back to enjoy the place too.

I love the fact that every day I go there, there is another offer in the menu, I don't have to choose because the cook another dish every day that eat is seasonal and organic, 100% vegan. the place is also very cozy and the staff is friendly.

For the brunch in the weeks you can choose between a sweet or a savory (or a mixed) dish. I took the beak plate and it was amazing!

The menu is quite short: a pornstar and a dessert that will change practically all the time. they post them in advance on their Facebook page if they want to check before going. on the day we visited, they had a plate of red kidney bean balls, a millefeuille of carrots and celery root, roasted vegetables, a carrot cream and a mustard/soft sauce. as dessert we had an orange apricot cake with vanilla cream. the food was delicious, everything was perfectly cooked. the service was also friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. note that they have begun to make a brunch at the weekends, so hopefully they have more chance to pay them a visit. personally, I would be back in bruise next time!

Creative food : all is fresh, homemade, 95% organic and not processed. I wish they could open more often so check their business hours on FB. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-07
