Kabu - Brussel Centrum

One word: excellent!! The friendly welcome, pleasant and trendy decor creates an intimate atmosphere. The menu offers interesting choices, with the trio menu being a must-try. I recommend the black cod and ponzu eggplants. However, I was a little disappointed with the Japanese pizza as it lacked the refinement of the other dishes. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for its reasonable prices.

Sophisticated dishes, pleasant cashier, fair wine card, smooth service, fun concept. Japans, but with a twist. Not expecting a lot of excessive portions, but fresh and fine ingredients, with a lot of feeling and prepared and presented. to come back!

Original concept but the kitchen lacks consistency. Some dishes were very good. others have terribly disappointed poelé foie gras that arrives raw in the plate.

Very nice kitchen, not really big portions, but super hot. The service isn't top yet, but they're kind. It's best to take a trio menu with a man's dish. We're definitely going back there. A rapist!
