Acceptable Mall Food Court Stand,a bit rubbery chicken and beef.

My son recently went to this establishment and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with white rice and vegetables. When he got his order it was wrong. He told the cook that his order was wrong. They made no effort to fix the order. I had to come to the restaurant and tell them that his order was incorrect. I had to place the order again and pay $9.09. The cashier behind the register just laughed and spoke to the cook in Spanish. I will never order from this restaurant again. The service is poor.

I placed my order on 3/12/23 and after paying the rude woman at the cash register mumbles something from under her mask, between her mask and the background noise from the food court I could not understand her question, when I pointed at my ears and her mask she just gave me a rude defiant stare and made no attempt to repeat her question. The woman next to me had to tell me what she said because she just went through the same thing!! White or brown rice was what she was asking. Then the guy who scoops the food on the tray was also rude, he throws the food up on the counter and rudely points his spatula at you to pick it up. I will not be returning to Sarku, the is a Chinese food place right next to it where they know how to treat paying customers with respect!
