I paid extra for double meat, and I ended up with hardly any meat on my sub! I will never order through the app again as they encourage you to do. From now on, I'll only order in person so I can make sure my food is right!

The restaurant does not accept official Subway coupons, as informed by an employee. I suspect this is a decision made by the franchise owner due to greed. The app loaded a $10 coupon correctly, but the employee or the equipment failed to process it, so we weren’t able to use it. Additionally, the location is not convenient to the highway, despite what the signs suggest. On the positive side, the interior was clean, and the food was of good quality for a Subway. However, my overall experience was quite frustrating.

Order online 3 subs 2 meatball and one steak cheese outlaw due to it had more meat... SO I THOUGHT! Picked them up and headed home. Opened them up the meatballs and they seemed like a normal subway sandwich. Opened the Outlaw Pro Cheese steak as you can see in the picture just bits of beef. I had my daughter go back in and how them the sandwich with no meat and the receipt. The lady rolled her eyes and the man apologized and just threw some meat on it heated it back up and rewrapped it. Thanks for the meat I originally ordered and the newly heated lettuce.
