I am extremely disappointed with this particular restaurant. I attempted to place an online order and redeem my points, but encountered technical difficulties. After calling the customer service center twice for assistance, I was directed to the store where my points were not honored. The manager was unhelpful and even hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. It's not about the free pizza, but the customer service experience was truly terrible.

Come on, it's Domino's, we all know and love it, plus they always have great deals online!!!
