Kitz - Brunnthal

Object: The Kitz in Brunnthal is a new building that was completed last year. There has been nothing in Brunnthal for years. The restaurant is part of the newly built hotel. The style is German Austrian. In principle, everything would be there to get the store full. Ambience: Everything new and beautifully located. With parking around the hotel. One of the reasons I won't eat in cities. Food: The dishes were probably a little limited to corona and service. But if the guest wants to find something to eat. And if there is little on the map, the “most” is also an indication of freshly cooked food. But just a hint. The Cesar salad of my godfather was perfect. Her mother had roast potatoes and an additional salad. The salad was finished with a sauce (in my opinion). The roast potatoes had only a short pan and the microwave probably had a longer view. My crust roast was a roast with a rubber instead of a crispy breast. But the meat was great. The sauce. But where I'm in trouble were the dumplings. It's better to get rid of it. Fresh from the TK bag by Hamberger or subway. The barely one of the chefs is still able to make dumplings with pieces of bread in the middle itself. Everyone can do that. The herbal salad was again perfect. Service: I need to take care of my blood pressure. But after dinner was also the service. The lady was beautiful, but hopelessly overwhelmed. We are on the return of the holiday in Kitz. the descent and the associated detour of 5-10 min were very rewarded. the kitz was opened in 2019 and the interieur is very modern and at the same time classic. You will receive very friendly. Food is good bourgeois and very tasty. we had the Cordon bleu and the Chesespätzle. both very graceful portions tastefully both were really delicious. the dishes and all foods on the map also knew to please. eating 10/10 kindness 11/10 environment 10/10 we will definitely see the next home when the small or big hunger comes.
