Pizzeria Sforno - Brugge Centrum

The pizzeria is not worth it, as the staff is very rude and arrogant. Polite service would make the dining experience better. The pizza crust is good, but lacks sufficient ingredients.

I had a truly enjoyable experience with the Italian pizza at this restaurant, featuring a wonderfully soft dough. In the photo, you can see the ortolana with eggplant, prosciutto e funghi, and 4 formaggi. A small suggestion would be to add a touch of garlic to the ortolana to make it perfect. Additionally, I also tried the delicious Pizza Estate and Romana. Highly recommended!
