Kanikama Sushi - Brugge

This restaurant was a great disappointment! the service was so bad, very unfriendly and not good at all. also the restaurant was dirty and it tasted like old eating.

I appreciated the unfriendly approach of the waitress and that lack of professionality not (they didn't know about the menu.) I asked for a big boat combo and I didn't get a plate where to eat it. after all, she did not give a formal acknowledgement. it was eating. Chino/Japanese. never again.

We were there yesterday. We order 3 dishes; a mix of sushi (18 pieces), 6 chicken gyozas and vegetable tempura. The sushi mix was... acceptable, the gyozas were good, but were fried instead of steamed, which is not the way they should be done (despite they were good). But what made us angry was the vegetable tempura. It was very disappointing, because the tempera was in fact, fried vegetables, like a nugget, but with tons of oil and bread... disgusting.

One very busy waitress on a Sunday evening, also manning the desk. The food was PLENTIFUl, though the wait was long, the fish was fresh and they do not skimp on rice. The room was extremely hot, or we would have stayed longer. Our server was as pleasant as could be.

I ordered my food at 5:45. The food came in 20 hours, we had to call five times and responsible person was so unrespectful and rude. If you don't want to wait long for you to eat, you're definitely not ordering here! Pathetic! ! ! !
