Przekaż informację zwrotnąWeekly evening almost 9pm, a desire for a small improvised meal, hop comes out the ' Deliveroo' app, sushi keyword. Here's Let's Roll, unknown to the battalion. And visibly from Yelp too, strange. I almost added the trade sheet but finally this is why: Let 's Roll is the new name of the old Sushi Factory. Simple relifting marketing or change of stewardship, no idea but the average of 2.5 stars seems very severe to me. The Mary Poppins (don't ask me to report with a sushi) with shiitake, tempura and salmon pass cream, just like the inevitable salmon-cream cheese-vocado of the Into the Wild. The marinated ginger and the wasabi rip off as it is necessary, to contrbalanate with sweet soy sauce. The choice is limited but it is apparently possible to compose its sushi on the map. Please note also, some donburi (bolt rice meals garnished) and mochi (glazed desserts coated with a rice pate).
My roommate and I wanted sushi delivered, and we found Sushi Factory. Looking through the menu online, it looked promising so we decided to try it out. I ordered the Cali Crazy set €20) and we also got a couple ice creams €3 each). For that price, we were expecting pint size Ben Jerry's but we were very disappointed when we received the tiny cups. It took around 45 minutes for us to receive our delivery but it was great that we got 20% off for ordering at least €50,00 worth of food. The rice was not bad which I normally find to be a hard, chewy problem with sushi places here in Bruxelles), but what rendered the 1 star was the fact that I got sick within 20 minutes after eating not 6 pieces of my maki sushi. My roommate had some tuna and salmon nigiri that I tried and immediately spit back out) and she also said her stomach wasn't doing so well. I think it's safe to say I'll find somewhere else to order sushi on a Sunday.
Sushi Factory Delivery Service First attempt to place an order by phone at Sushi Factory for home delivery... and last time! :D Attention, the fault is not the responsibility of delivery and delivery, super adorable, kind and fast, no, the problem is really the internal organisation of Sushi Factory. I have the impression that they would like to do as Sushi Shop but that they will not do it, there is only to see their website already a chaotic breeze. Already, in Forest I call the number on their site and there they tell me that it's not at home that you have to call but at Schuman's Sushi Factory... to deliver to Forest, will have to explain! So I call Schuman... who tells me we have to call Louise's store! Hey, guys, you should decide. Anyway, the person on the phone ends up taking my order and they no longer had one of the dishes we wanted. It's okay, we're picking another one. To know the total to pay the person tells me, textually: it will be about 32 euros ... About??? Did their cash register fail? Especially since we had made the calculation ourselves, it was 37 euros, which is quite far from 32 euros either. We didn't have to wait a long time to be delivered by a pound cabbage and there it missed half the order! Not just a little forgetting a small dish, no, squarely the two dishes, we just had the entrances. Again, not the pounder's fault, on the cash ticket attached to the bag was not the entirety of our order. We remind the store, they're sorry, they're quick to send what's missing, and in fact 20 minutes after we get the suite, with bonus of the little Ben Jerry ice pots compensation for the trouble caused, which is nice of them, I want to specify it. But what a surprise by discovering that yes, we received two dishes, but not the ones we wanted! In short, there were too hungry and these dishes there were not fundamentally different from those that had been ordered to the point where we were, better laughing. So the problem, I think, does not come from the employees who do what they can and are of good will but of a management problem and I know qqch. I applied to work at home a year ago, and I ran out when I learned, from the manager's very mouth, that the employees were obliged to stay a minimum of 6 months because if they were leaving before they had to pay back the self saying cost of the professional training that they would have received by starting their contract!! Which is quite illegal. And that's not all, it was also necessary to contribute financially to its own training. I'm going through other abusive management details and this is the result, a chaotic service probably made by exploited employees.
Several visits, and too many qualitative fluctuations... From the good to the frankly bof ... Today: Assortment of sashimi still frozen, Sashimi Saké filled with ridges, And the pompon, an army of flyers had decided to come to taste My assortment... I'll have to find another place to make me a little sushi/sashimi quickly made and better quality (constante...
Sushi lovers don't go to it. We were extremely decused. Dry texture, taste more than bad. Sushi marks. It's really factory... if we put a wing, it's just for the service that was good...
