Darjeeling - Bruessel

Located at the foot of the European Commission building, this Indian restaurant offers a cozy setting, but the only change is represented by the frames hanging on the walls.. The welcome is pleasant, but it is imperative to speak English because the waitress (very friendly elsewhere! only practice this language. The dishes are correct, and there, the disbursement is at the rendezvous! Well spicy, they are an invitation to explore the Indian subcontinent. The rates are fairly high, but become very affordable when you get a Groupon discount coupon. A very positive experience that I will not hesitate to republish!

After having occasionally eaten at Darjeeling, I see my grade and my opinion rising. The decoration was reviewed: darker and much more warm. The music (ragas) brings its little more, especially in the digestion phase. It is obviously a family restaurant, and the service is not quite 'professional', but nothing serious. Regarding the map: extended without being too much, which is rather good sign. We find most of the great dishes of Indian cuisine. It is always possible to choose the level of seasoning, but you must insist on having the version 'very spicy'; Moreover, to taste a real vindaloo (or almost), it is imperative to ask for the 'very spicy' version. I'm not sure everything is prepared at home, but we eat at a reasonable rate. The wine menu is well designed: good wines at attractive prices. The house wine has amply satisfied me. An experience to do, alone or in a group

October 2020 Review: Living in the restaurant, there is always a very good reception, and excellent cuisine. Tasty and hearty dishes, both in service and in room. I highly recommend!
