This place is an absolute, ABSOLUTE let down. €36 a person and must have a reservation to sit down and be disappointed in the food taste, quality options....

I love the phantasialand and especially the gastronomy, unfortunately I can't say that from bambus to start, despite reservation, we had to wait a few times before we were led to the table. that can happen naturally. then we had to wait more than 30 minutes until we could order our drinks. to our bottled water we have unfortunately only received a glass on request. in the buffet were then unfortunately no bowls to clog and no hot tellers were present. that was interesting. it was often difficult to assign which court belongs to which sign. most foods were unfortunately cold. the rice dry or too short and the udon noodles were a single rice. I also missed the different flavors and socks. everything was very similar. the chef at the grill was unfortunately also very unfriendly. only the chef at the ice was very nice and fryed in the evening. as we brought our desserts, our semi-finished drinks were also removed. then we have them new, but the laune is still cloudy. we had to wait half an hour until we could order the bill. after half an hour we went for it. Unfortunately, our experience in bambus was a very bad and not a nice end of the day. next time we eat somewhere else.
