Greggs - Broxtowe

I paid for two steak bakes, but was told they were out of stock. I was really looking forward to them the whole way down the motorway.

I was served by a new trainee and I must say she had the most positive attitude for 6 am shout out to the blonde trainee working at. M1 Southbound Trowell NG9 3PL England

Disaster!! I had never tried a Greggs breakfast before and it was a complete disaster. When I approached the counter, the staff did not greet me and when I asked what was on offer, I was told to look at the screen. However, the screen was blank and when I pointed this out, the staff said they hadn't turned it on yet. There was zero customer interaction and when I ordered, I was given the price of £8.05 with no please or thank you, showing a lack of manners. When my food and drink arrived, I found a dirty, long hair in my coffee. I threw it in the bin and left, extremely disappointed.

My Food was cold asked for it hot and was told they can’t heat up food anymore and gave me coffee instead of tea .. apart from that it was exceptional

I was thrilled to see the store open and to be able to purchase the famous sausage roll. It had been a long time since my last one, and I am pleased to say that they are just as delicious as always.
