Flour Power Bakery - Brownwood

This place shines, with its desserts. The cupcakes are incredibly good. In particular, we really like the Reeses, and the Wedding Cake ones. Sandwiches are nothing special, they're good, just something we all make at home. Good news though, they are thinking seriously about doing baked potatoes, and maybe toasted hot sandwiches. I hope they do both.

We reserved Flour Power, in February, for a wedding in November, based on reviews that the cupcakes were ‘delicious’ and that they are a local company.

The cake my niece bought was small for the price, but it came with cookies and was nicely decorated. Unfortunately, this is the second time my sister has ordered from this restaurant and both times the cake was delivered late. We had to wait for them to start the baby shower, as they initially said they would arrive at 1pm, then changed it to 1:30pm. By 1:30pm, there was still no cake and my niece's texts and calls went unanswered. They finally showed up a little after 2pm, which was the time the baby shower was supposed to begin. It was very unprofessional of them to cause delays and make my niece upset on her special day.

I love the cupcakes at this restaurant. Everyone raves about the delicious flavors. The owners are very kind and ensure that they provide high quality products.
