O'so Gud Bbq - Brownsville

Took a bite of the brisket sandwich only to taste fat. Lots of fat, very little meat. Contacted them and gentleman offered a replacement meal. He personally dropoed it off. It was better better tasting.

Tried this place out which I had been wanting to stop by every time I past by there. I had el chuy w/Mac and cheese. It was really good and tasty enjoyed it and talked to Arturo for a bit, really nice guy. I shall be going back..

Legit BBQ! The Dino Rib was amazing. Meat was so moist and fall of the bone, kissed with just the perfect hint of smoke. Not like some other places that have meat tasting like a chimney. Brisket was moist, and pork ribs were excellent. Didn?t make itin time for the chicken, which must be good, because it was sold out! Sides complimented the Star meats well. Owner and hisstaff provide great service. Can?t wait to come back and try the chicken! Oh and I hear the barbacoa is excellent too! See y?allagain soon.

I tried El Oso today. It sounded pretty good. Tasted even better. I only wish I would have asked for more sauce. I love sauce and they got a pretty darn good one. The pulled pork could have been a bit more tender though. All in all, it was good.

Second time I visit and this place is really good. I had the 2 meat plate with the two sides. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to try it out!
