Lola's Bistro - Brownsville

I made a reservation online. when they came to lola, they had no warning about my reservation. their comments were: “We do not check the online reservations.” I waited approx. 20 minutes and waited and decided to have brunch elsewhere. because of this, I will not go back. not worth it.

Very beautiful place with good location on a resaca. eating is very good in service was excellent.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

We made reservations and when we arrived to the restaurant, the host told us that we were not on their system. I showed him my email confirmation and he said that it didn 't show up on his end, so it was invalid. So, they did not honor our online reservation. And then he went on to tell us Don 't worry, a table will come available in 30 to 45 minutes, so we can have you dine in. If I wanted to wait, I would not have bothered with a reservation. Very disappointed with how they manage their online reservations. We will definitely not be going back.

Unfortunately they ran out of two items my wife and I were selecting. Our selections were very good and satisfying. We will eat here again.
