Morning cashier Paola acts like the sauces she gives you are taken right from her check, as if asking for sauces will make a break the business. I asked for a receipt and was told the restaurant ran out of paper. When I asked to cancel the order since a receipt will not be provided Paola magically found a roll of receipt paper. I asked for strawberry jelly and was told they don't have any. Be cautious as this location's drive thru menu prices are different than what the Cashier charges you. The owner was already provided this information and vowed to fix it and hasn't in the 3 or 4 months since bringing it to their attention. The owner of this location is clearly pinching pennies and has placed enough fear in his employees to try and offset these costs with there actions. I feel sorry for Paola, her Manager and all her coworkers that put up with this behavior from their employer. Clearly Jack in the box corporate needs to intervene, assess and make hard decisions to correct this abusive behavior of employees at this location.
The food is delicious but the coffee is not their thing
Definitely delicious, but the tacos need a bit more meat.
Worst jack in Brownsville horrible customer service
I ordered a mocha creamicino, she said they were out so I got caramel. Charged me $5.40 and I gave her $6 cash. She did not give me my change and blended it like a milkshake, was to thick to drink. No caramel flavor at all in it. Horrible.
