Subway - Brownsburg

This restaurant has some of the worst traditional services I have ever experienced. They did not openly say it, but they made us feel unwelcome by rushing us to leave half an hour before closing time. Additionally, three out of the four people behind the counter were glaring at me continuously while I was trying to enjoy my meal.

The review criticizes the lack of professionalism and sloppy service at the restaurant, particularly when making sandwiches. The reviewer mentions that an employee accidentally cut themselves with a bread knife and then continued to use the same knife to cut the bread.

The restaurant has a new owner who completely botched my order by using the wrong bread for the sandwiches and either adding new ingredients that made them taste terrible or using ingredients I didn't even know existed.

Got a new owner and they completely messed up the order by putting the wrong bread on sandwiches toasting the wrong sandwiches and either are using new ingredients witch taste worse or the wrong ingredients that I didn't know existed

WOW! This location is amazing and my recent visit has changed the number of times I plan to use Subway in the future! Cleanest, friendliest location I have ever been in! This location should be a model for others! The owner was exemplary! Kudos for your location!!
